Processing and transit

Routine order processing generally takes 1–2 business days before carrier handoff. Once shipped, delivery is estimated at 4–6 business days, although weather, carrier conditions, and address issues may extend that period.

Delivery information

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, email address, and telephone number. Tracking is supplied when available. Contact us promptly about a delayed, lost, marked-delivered, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect shipment and include the order number, checkout email, tracking information, and photos when relevant.

Charges and restrictions

Shipping services, rates, destination limits, and any free-shipping terms are shown at checkout. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise or the error was ours.
