What do you sell?

We offer Manna Hydration bottles, tumblers, mugs, cups, lids, straws, cleaning accessories, and related drinkware.

How long does delivery take?

Routine order processing generally takes 1–2 business days before carrier handoff. Once shipped, delivery is estimated at 4–6 business days, although weather, carrier conditions, and address issues may extend that period.

Can I return an item?

Yes. Requests for eligible defective or non-defective merchandise must be made within 30 days after delivery. Exchanges depend on stock.

When will I receive a refund?

After receipt and inspection, an approved refund is initiated to the original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Can an order be canceled?

Ask as soon as possible. Cancellation is not guaranteed after processing begins.
